Eligible Candidates and Cut-off Marks for the OAU Post-UTME in 2021/2022

How to Know if You Are Eligible for OAU Admission Screening: OAU Cut-off Mark for Post-UTME 2021/2022 Screening

Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) has begun selling application forms for the 2021/2022 academic session’s Post-UTME admission screening procedure. The OAU post-UTME form is available online, and the screening process has been planned as stated on the webpage linked below.

Requirements:

  • Candidates who scored 200 and above in the 2021/2022 UTME and chose Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife as their first choice institution are eligible for screening.
  • Candidates must also pass a five-credit course, including English Language, in no more than two (2) sittings.
  • Candidates who do not complete the Post-UTME screening will be disqualified from consideration for admission.
  • Direct entry Students should ensure that their transcripts are sent to the Admission Office, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, for direct entry Admission processing by the awarding institution.

About OAU

The Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) was founded in 1962 as The University of Ife and is a comprehensive public university. The University is located in Ile-Ife, Osun State, in the southwest of Nigeria, over an area of 11,861 hectares. The University is divided into four sections: the main campus, student housing, staff quarters, and a Teaching and Research Farm. The academic, administrative, and service centers are located on the central campus, while the student residential area includes 10 undergraduate hostels and a postgraduate hall of residence.

The University rose to prominence among African institutions in the 1970s and early 1980s, with a dynamic academic and social milieu and a strong worldwide reputation. Today, the University has a long history of distinction, having produced a Nobel Laureate and four National Merit Award recipients among its faculty.

The University is divided into four sections: the main campus, student housing, staff quarters, and a Teaching and Research Farm. There are several eateries in this area. There is a power plant, a dam, and a reservoir.
